Based on our own personal experience in our travels, our conversations, and our observations, we have put together a this list of 10 most important things to take care of today to begin living a more fulfilled, well-balanced life.
1. The Possessions You Have – Many things clutter our lives more than they ever deserve credit. Their presence drains us from our financial account and our energy as well as our focus. They prevent us from spending time with ones we love and living our lives based on our ideals.

2. Your Time Constraints – Most of us fill our lives from beginning to end by committing ourselves to time obligations including work, family kids’ activities, community events, religious activities, things to do… this list goes on. When possible, release yourself of time commitments that are not in line with your highest values.
3. Your Goals – Limit the number of goals that you want to achieve in your life to one or two. By decreasing the number that you are striving to accomplish, you will boost the intensity of your pursuit and improve your chance of success.
Write down the items you’d like to achieve in your life. You can select the three most important. Concentration there.
4. The thoughts you have about negative things – the majority of negative emotions are ineffective. The bitterness, anger or jealousy haven’t been able to increase the quality of life for any individual human being. It is your responsibility to take care of your mind. Be kind to yourself and forgive past mistakes. Replace bad thoughts by positive ones.
5. Your Debt – If your debt holds you back cut it down. Start today. Do what you have to do to be free of the shackles of its weight.

10. Multi-tasking – Research has shown the stress of multi-tasking and lowers productivity. Since single-tasking has become a disappearing art, get it. Handle one task at a time. You must do it properly. Then, once you’ve completed it you can move on to the next.
