This was our first project since the inception, which was completed in 2015. This is a five-storied apartment contains Six differently designed high-luxury homes in the marine surrounding in Mount Lavinia Sri Lanka.

The unit is sized as 980 Square feet containing 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen, a living Room and Dining room. It is sufficient for and average family with working couple.

Unit 6:

The unit is sized as 930 Square feet containing 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen, a living Room and Dining room. It is sufficient for and average family with working couple.
