Star Mount Residencies

This was our first project since the inception, which was completed in 2015. This is a five-storied apartment contains Six differently designed high-luxury homes in the marine surrounding in Mount Lavinia Sri Lanka.

The apartment has five units with unique features as below.

The unit is sized as 1380 Square feet containing 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen, a living Room, Dining room, maid room, and a storeroom as addition. It is sufficient for large family with working couple with in-house maid.

Unit 4:

The unit is well spacious, sized as 600 Square feet containing Single Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, a living Room, Dining room and maid room. It is sufficient for large family with working couple with in-house maid.

Unit 5:

The unit is sized as 980 Square feet containing 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen, a living Room and Dining room. It is sufficient for and average family with working couple.

Unit 6:

The unit is sized as 930 Square feet containing 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen, a living Room and Dining room. It is sufficient for and average family with working couple.
